A brass painted, metal alloy constructed pencil sharpener with a cylinder shaped opening for the pencil, while the attached piece, when opened, reveals the blade. The pencil sharpener is "D.R.W" and "D.R.G.M." marked. Shows wear to the surface with 75% of the original paint remaining.
