(Ärztlichtaschen)Roughly, 10cm tall, 18cm wide, 8cm thick, molded, leather construction medical pouch with a slightly curved reverse, machine stitched seams and steel and alloy fittings. The top of the pouch has a fold back lid with a machine stitched, horizontal, leather hinge/seam to the obverse and a vertical leather closure strap, with a single cut-out eyelet, to each side which attached to extended steel studs positioned on each side of the pouch’s body. The reverse of the pouch has two, stitched and rivetted on, vertical, leather belt loops with rivetted on, horizontal, retaining loops. The belt loops also have a single cut-out eyelet and attached to alloy studs positioned on the bottom edge of the pouch’s body. The reverse of the pouch is well marked with the stamped manufacturer’s name, location and and is dated for 1939. The interior top lid of the pouch has a partial paper label affixed that lists the original contents. Top of the pouch has a nice embossed SA insignia and "NSDAP".
