Printed to the front is an Iron Cross along with the words "ZUR ERINNERUNG AN DAS 25 JÄHRIGE STIFTUNGSFEST DES KRIEGER-U.MILITAR- VEREINS MUHLENDORF UND UMGEBUNG 11. JUNI 1933." The ribbon measures 9cm x 62cm with the fringe measuring 4cm long.
