BACKGROUND: The DDAC, "Der Deutsche Automobil-Club" (The German Automobile-Club), was instituted in September of 1933 by NSKK Korpsführer Adolf Hühnlein as an independent organization that was similar to the American Automobile Association. The club consisted of personnel who owned a car, and who were not members of the NSKK.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: A linen construction pennant, 33cm across with a 18cm tall hoist edge. Embroidered to both sides of its white field is a black eagle, with "D.D.A.C." to its breast, and a mobile swastika within a red circle in its talons.
