Cast alloy, gilt washed, political style small drum hanger. The hanger is roughly 7.5cm wide, at the widest point, and 15cm tall. The hanger is shield shaped, with a scalloped top edge, and a raised edge border encompassing an embossed early pattern national eagle on a textured field. The bottom of the hanger has two turned up carrying hooks flanking a centerpiece. There are two extended arms to the hanger top, and a lynch pin attached centerpiece with a swivel topped attachment ring.
