It commemorates the Reichsparteitage (Third Reich party convention) that was held in Nurnberg. This postcard was published by Heinrich Hoffman, he was Hitler’s official photographer, as well as, it was designed by Hans Freidmann in Munchen. Small taped/torn area above eagles head. You can see the artists name on the front on the card, bottom left. Scarce.
