A hard cover booklet measuring approximately 16.5cm x 12cm with gilt design to the front cover. The interior contains twenty three pages that includes the owner’s information, is dated with appropriate stamps. The same information is hand written to the inside cover along with the owners black and white identification photograph. Also included is a card, dated for 1941 that states that Irmgard Reicken "We confirm that we are leaving the German stenographers' profession on April 1, 1941. Contributions no longer need to be paid".
