N011067 SOLDATENBUND MEMBER'S VISOR CAP. (Schirmmütze) The Registered Soldier’s League (Soldatenbund, created in 1936, it was incorporated into the NS-RKB in 1938. A fairly short lived organization. Dark blue wool top with white piping and a black centerband. Soldatenbund eagle to the front over top a wreath. Wreath is missing the cockade. Chinstrap is missing but the original buttons are still present. Nice complete liner and sweat diamond. Diamond is very nicely marked. Cap is a bit misshaped do to poor storage but could be fixed easily by putting it on a head form. Roughly a size 56. Scarce cap.
