N008490 GERMAN HUNTING ASSOCIATION 1935/36 AWARD PLAQUE MEDALLION. (Schmuckplatte) 

The award features (80MM) the embossed image of a deer skull with a full rack of antlers, between which is a mobile swastika against a star burst, with "D" and "J," for "Deutsche Jägerschaft" (German Hunting-association), on a scroll to either side of the skull. A spray of oak leaves encircles the top half of the image. Bottom is engraved "Osterberg 1935/36". Would have original been glued to a wooden plaque.
