This badge would have been worn by a "Zugschaffner" (Train-conductor), "Oberzugschaffner" (Senior-train-conductor), "Zugführer" (Train-guard), "Oberzügführer" Senior-train-guard), "Fahrladeschaffner" (Loading-conductor), "Fahrladeoberschaffner" (Senior-loading-conductor), "Triebwagenschaffner" (Railcar-conductor), or a "Triebwagenoberschaffner" (Senior-railcar-conductor) on the left forearm of their tunic.
