An OD7 khaki green pouch that hold six rifle grenades or a single caliber .30 M1 ammunition box. The pouch is marked "US" to the front. Under the box style lid are various pieces of information including the manufacture and a 1951 date. The bag measures approximately 12cm x 19cm x 31cm. Webbed strap is attached.
