A coarse cotton bag with strap, has a double button flap that covers the single pouch interior. The bag measures approximately 35cm x 26cm x 3cm. The metal dish buttons to the front are marked "Equipements Militares." One button is attached via a safety pin. A small ink marking is under the flap. The bag shows usage and wear.
