C061568 POST WAR BRITISH PARATROOPER'S KNIFE. A multi-purpose knife featuring a 6cm single-edged blade, a 7cm Marlin spike, and a 6cm double-edged can opener/blade, all in polished steel, all folding into a 9cm housing faced with cross-hatched blackened wood panels. The double-edged blade has a short post to the center of one of its sides which is accommodated by a notch in the housing when in its folded position. A lanyard ring is affixed to one end of the housing. The multi-purpose knife is engraved "1948", as well as, "W&S.D. Sheffield." Shows usage and wear.
