C046888 RUSSIAN MEDAL FOR VALOR.
This medal was awarded for bravery on the field of battle. Complete medal loop with parade mount ribbon with pin back device. Ribbon colors are blue/silver/blue. The detail of the image of the tank and planes and the lettering is sharp and well defined. The pin-back mechanism is in working order. Reverse is engraved "2508178". The number of this medal indicates it was issued during World War II. After 1947 the Medal for Valor was unnumbered.
