A 4cm diameter heavy badge with a simple spring pin to the reverse. The badge reads "Se Avanzo Segvitemi Opera Balilla" or ""If I Left Follow Me Opera Balilla" along the edge. A right facing profile of Mussolini is to the center. The reverse is manufacture marked for "F.M. Loriolis Castelli." Of Note: Opera Nazionale Balilla (ONB), an Italian Fascist youth organization, functioned between 1926 and 1937. It was later absorbed into the Gioventù Italiana del Littorio (GIL), a youth section of the National Fascist Party.
