C038287 U.S. NAVAL BINOCULARS WITH CASE.
A pair of US Navy 3-power binoculars manufactured by the "U.S.Naval Gun Factory, Optical Annex Shop, Rochester, N.Y." The pebble wrap is missing to a section of the sunshade. When the sunshades are extended, there is an engraving that reads "U.S. Navy 19470". The lenses are nice and clear. The lather binocular case with carrying strap is marked under the rigid lid "U.S. Naval Gun Factory, Optical Annex shop, Rochester, N.Y." The strap to the front of the case that keeps the lid secure is missing. Leather shows typical wear.
