The replica knife features a roughly, 14cm long, non-fullered, blade with a long top swedge. The blade is "Soligen" and "41" marked. The knife has a small, integral, horizontally oval, steel cross guard and nicely contoured, carved, natural softwood grips. The grip are secured to the blade tang by two small, flat headed, steel rivets. The knife comes complete with a unpainted sheet metal scabbard with integral leather frog that has a "Waffen amt" stamped to it. The blade has been oiled. Perfect for living history re-enactment.
