C034594 RCAF P37 WEBBED "L" STRAPS.

The "L" strap was used to attach to the top and bottom web tabs of either a large or small pack if it was worn for long periods of time. This pair of straps measures approximately 44cm x 5cm to the main section while the "L" measures 32cm x 2.5cm. Both ends have brass crimped ends to protect from fraying. Stamped to the straps is "L", with a "1943" date and a “Z.L. T. Ltd..manufacture mark.
