A Czech model 24 bayonet, with its original scabbard. The unsheathed bayonet has an overall length of 30cm, whose contoured bird’s head pommel (marked 8331) has a stud guide and locking stud. Its contoured wooden grips are fixed by two plain-headed bolts and slot-headed washers. The grips have several light nicks to them, and are lightly age darkened. The ricasso is marked ""CSZ" (Československá zbrojovka) and "O". The single fuller, unsharpened blade, has various bends and rolling to the edge. The blade is oiled. The scabbard is lightly to moderately surface scratched, but appears to retain most of its bluing. The lug is also marked.
