A brown/red leather pouch measuring approximately 15cm x 6cm tall at the rear. A badge representing the 22nd is affixed to the elongated flap via screw post with nut. A strap extends from under the flap to mate with a brass stud to the bottom panel. A belt attachment is to either side of the pouch. The interior has a red painted, metal alloy liner.
