Roughly, 9.5cm x 18mm diameter, cylindrical, brass metal construction, oiler dispenser for the Lee-Enfield Rifle. The dispenser has a diamond knurled screw off top with leather washer intact. The top has a steel metal "spoon" soldered to the bottom that fits down the center of the dispenser when screw cap is applied. The cap screws into a threaded insert that has been soldered in the cylinder. The bottom of the cylinder is sealed with a soldered brass plug. The bottom plug has been stamped with a "broad arrow", "H.J & S. Ltd." for Henry Jenkins & Son.
