C026294 USN/USMC “NAF 1092" FLIGHT HELMET.

A brown leather, four panel flight helmet, and a chamois lined interior. To either side on the exterior are earphones complete with their original wiring and PL-54 plug. To the rear of the helmet is a short leather strap, with a shorter strap to each side that allows for the goggle strap to pass through. The two piece chin cup strap that mates with a single prong buckle. A small tag is sewn to the interior that reads “NAF 1092" CONT. NXS-9677, SLOTE & KLEIN”. The goggles have cracked/chipped left wearing lens. The backing that sits on the face has dried and has become brittle. The leather has become dried.
