James W Perry Co K 11th Indiana photo and the jacket of John E. Wilkins 11th Indiana

An example of an 11th indiana kepi in Wallace Study museum in Crawfordsville IN. (Not in near the condition as this one!)

C023876 UNION "11th INDIANA" ZOUAVE KEPI (With cover).

Insanely rare Union 11th Indiana kepi along with its original separate red wool body cover. This is the 1861 era kepi of the Regiment (grey wool with red piping). Note the wonderful plaid lining. The only other example we know of is in the Lew Wallace Study (museum) in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Would likely be the rarest piece in any Union headgear collection. Ex Dave Taylor.
