P.N.F. boards National Fascist party . 1938-43  timeframe and the rank is equivalent to Lt. or “Capomanipolo” and would be worn on a black  sahariani jacket. A pair of black wool shoulder boards with dual color trim that each bear a gilt wire fasces symbol, two rank stars and a pair of 1.5cm gilt buttons. Very nice and clean.
