This personal grouping belonging to Flight Sergeant Simmons consists of a RCAF cap badge, 427 Lion Squadron with the name "Staff. Simmons" engraved to the bottom section, an I.D. bracelet with "S.M. Simons R.79647" engraved to the surface. It is complete with good working clasp. Also included is an instrument maker trade badge, a black and white photograph measuring approximately 7cm x 12.5cm and a three place medal bar that represents the 1939-1945 Defence Medal, the Canadian Volunteer Medal with maple leaf clasp and the 1939-45 War Medal. Included are five photographed pages denoting his military career.
