PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: A pair of dark blue, wool shoulder boards with gilt, metal alloy fasces to the center that are secured by a pair of prongs. They are complete with a retaining tongues to the black wool reverse. A pair of 1.5cm metal buttons with screw posts and caps that bear the fasces symbol as well, are present. The measure approximately Measures approximately 5cm x 12cm. There is a visible moth hole to the front of one of the boards.
