A 7.5cm wide x 108cm (42.5") tan/khaki webbed canvas belt with brass fittings. Either end of the belt feature a crimped plate with three grommet holes. One end passes through a sliding length adjustment buckle, is then cinched by a brass retaining loop, and has hooks proceeding from the top and bottom of its crimped plate which wrap around the belt itself. To the center of the belt are doubly rivetted, at diagonal angles, two extended tabs. Each of these terminate, at one end, in brass crimped plates with two grommet holes, and, to the other end, with sliding length adjustment buckles. There are some ink markings to the underside that includes the manufacture name, date. as well as a broad arrow.
