A 30mm bronze and enamel badge with a "shoe horn" to the reverse used to insert into a button hole. The horn is numbered "REG. 638232", as well as manufacture marked "Thomas Fattorini, Birmingham Ltd.". Of Note: During the First World War, the Swastika was adopted by the National War Savings Committee, who issued war bonds. After thirty-one stamps had been bought, the bond or certificate was issued and these badges were issued for wear.
