C014890 U.S. NAVY/MARINE AVIATOR WINGS.

A pair of gold wings, about 36mm wide, with a fouled anchor and shield of the United States to their center. The shield is comprised of vertical bars above which is a narrow horizontal field without stars. To the reverse is a locking pin back mounting device and the text "Balfour, 1/20 10K G.F., 1-B" embossed in a recess to the center. Other than some light age darkening and a slight usage bend the badge is in very good condition. A nice example of a Navy aviators badge.
