C014190 U.S. EM/NCO'S GARRISON BELT.  

This brown leather belt, is 110cm long and 42mm wide. The black ink stamp located on the reverse states; I H Q 5283. There is also a name hand written, however, it is not very legible. At the edge, where the buckle would be secured on the belt, the snap button has a 38 on it. While beside it, a decorative loop, which also serves as a makers mark, states, US J.A.M.D. 1939 J.B. Thus this belt was manufactured in 1939.
