C012686 RAF/RCAF PILOT’S GAUNTLET GLOVES.
A pair of black leather gloves with wrist gauntlet that measure approximately 36cm long. They have an elastic at the wrist to the palm side that has fully let go to the right handed glove. A metal zipper extends from the back of the thumb to the bottom of the cuff . Both are in good working order. A small tag is sewn to the interior of each glove that show a date of 1943 and the size as medium. The leather to the palms have become dry, but remain supple.
