A folding entrenching tool in olive drab paint with a webbed cover that is stamped "U.S." to the front’. Markings are also visible to the reverse that identifies the carrier. The entrenching tool is marked "US" "AMES" and a 1945 date and shows surface wear to the paint. Attached to the carrier is a US M-7 bayonet with US M8AI scabbard.
