BACKGROUND: The Rangers were the counterparts of the British commandos. Deployed in battalions, they partook in operations in Italy and France.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: This machine embroidered badge is approximately 8.5cm x 5cm with a border in yellow thread. This houses a blue background with "Rangers" in yellow thread. Rare original patch that has been field worn and removed from a uniform. Surface area is quite rubbed and worn. This is one of those patches you really wish could talk!
