C005993 U.S. WWI MESS KIT KNIFE.
A bi-metal construction mess kit knife consisting of a steel blade and an aluminum handle. The steel blade is 22mm wide by 9cm long and 19cm long in overall length. The aluminum handle has concave indentations running down both sides with "U.S." embossed on one side and a makers mark and date "L.F.& C." (Landers, Frary, & Clark), "1917" on the other.
