An ornate green and tan cardboard box of biscuits Galza Silvio made by the company Fabbrica Biscotti of Torino. One end panel reads "Marie" and other reads "Petit Buerre de Paris," the style of biscuit of the contents. Virtually invisible strips of Compton archival tissue (removable with heat) at the four corners to help the cardboard retain its perfectly square shape for display. Some damage to one metal corner reinforcement. Rare Italian WW2 period food item. The carton measures approximately6.5cm x 10cm x 20.5cm.
