A brass personal tag with rolled edges and suspension ring that originally would have a duplicate set of information includes the full name, religion, hometown, recruiting depot and year of birth (1921). On the same chain are an Italian ration can opener marked Carne in Scattola Simmenthal and a small Catholic cross which appears quite old. The Italian ration opener is extremely rare.
