C001295 U.S. WW2 LIGHT AIMING POST M41.

This light assembly was used on aiming posts for finding a zero point for 60mm and 81mm mortars while firing at night. A single “D” cell battery is housed to one end. Battery not included. The light comes with a a green filter and hood to place over the light.. The sight is 22.5cm long in overall length. The toggle switch is in working order.
