L010585 AIR SPORTS DONATION BADGE. (Schenkungabzeichen) 

A three-piece construction badge, whose silver-colored aluminum base has a 28mm diameter. Embossed along its convex perimeter is "Luftsport Hilft" (Air-sport Help) and "Deutschland." A orange celluloid base to a brass airplane device is pinned to the center of the badge. The airplane originally had a silver wash, of which only traces remain. A horizontal pin-bank device is crimped to a plate to its concave reverse, with the prongs for the plane exiting through the plate. Although the plane is missing most of its wash, the celluloid backing and the aluminum surround are still bright.
