Luftwaffe blue/grey wool construction, slip on shoulder straps with black waffenfarbe piping. Straps are slightly miss-matched but no doubt removed from the same uniform. "LS" is embroidered in black and is outlined in white thread. These members oversaw Luftschutz program and were in charge of their training.
