Medical or pay Major`s cased full dress uniform shoulder boards. A pair of full dress shoulder boards, each of which are comprised of dual interwoven cords, one gold in color, the other silver, with a decorative, golden-colored convex alloy button to one end and a single gilt five pointed star to each that represent the rank of Major. Original metal attachment slides are intact to a black wool backing. These boards come housed in their original silver, metal alloy hinged case that is lined in red velvet with formed depressions for each board to the bottom section.
