The various officers were given enameled badges indicating their rank or position in the group. The green signifies General Affairs Heads, Counselors, Participants, Directors & Trustees, Inspectors, Regular Deliberation Members, Councilors, Navy Heads and Vice-Heads. Roughly 32mm vertical silver/enamel metal pin featuring a fouled anchor and crossed swords over which is affixed a brass five-pointed star. To the reverse is a narrow vertical pin, to each side of which are embossed a series of vertically arranged kanji characters. Scarce.
