A pair of stiffened, black wool shoulder boards featuring a golden tress stripe and a silver metal alloy "pip" in the shape of a five petal cherry blossom are sewn to the black wool background with a brass Naval button to one end. The reverse is covered with a leather that has a metal alloy slider attached along with leather strap. Kanji is stamped to the leather. Comes with its original cardstock case that has one side panel torn away, while the remaining three panels are torn and partially intact. The case measures approximately 1.5cm x 10cm x 13.5cm.
