A 32mm diameter medallion featuring a Maltese cross with five profiles of the Prussian leaders that includes Emperors Wilhelm I, Frederick III and Wilhelm II, Otto von Bismarck and von Moltke the Elder. The reverse reads "1895 for the 25th anniversary of the victories of 1870-71". Included is a ribbed ribbon with safety pin.
