G003992 JÄGER ZU PFERDE M1915 METAL HELMET.  

Jäger zu Pferde M1915 metal helmet. Removable spike top and base have been repainted. Eagle is a pre-war Jäger zu Pferde in Nickel-silver. Exterior has minor surface rust which should clean up easily if wanted. 55mm universal Kokarden are original, and probably (?) also the chinstrap. Leather liner remains completely intact with some minor surface abrasion. Two of the nuts holding the spike based down appear to have been replaced. Acting as a washer is a nice manufacturers plate in Cannstatt. Appears to be a large size. Displays very well.
