G001590 FOUR PLACE RIBBON BUTTONAIRE GROUP. (Bandknopf Gruppe)
A black button, 5/8" in diameter, to which are connected four moire ribbons, each 5/16" tall and approximately 1" wide. The first is the black and white ribbon for the Iron Cross, underneath of which is a Saxe-Meiningen Honor of Medal for Merit 1914-1915, a ribbon for the 1914/18 Combatant’s Cross of Honor and lastly a German Legion of Honor ribbon. All of these horizontal ribbons are bound by a single Iron Cross ribbon over which are fixed gilt colored crossed swords.
