G000678 LOWER SAXONY CIVIL ORDER OF MERIT MEDAL.
Established in 1961. A roughly 6.5cm x 7cm, two piece, die struck alloy and enamel construction cross with circular centerpiece. The obverse is in translucent red enamel and shows a silver horse to it’s centerpiece and silver oaks leaves to it’s top. The silver washed reverse is blank. The ribbon ring and loop are fully intact. Comes complete with a piece of original red/white/red ribbon.
