G000594 SWISS M1889 BAYONET AND SCABBARD.
A 42cm long bayonet (in overall length) with a 30cm long bright blade that is faintly marked "Waffenfabrik" and is nicely marked with the serial number "322942" as well as a Swiss cross marking. The release button is in good working order. The pommel has a black rubber sleeve. Included is a black painted scabbard that also bears a Swiss cross to the ball tip and a leather rivetted frog.
