H054885 ZZ42 MINE IGNITER (Inert). (Zeitzünder 42) 

Black bakelite tube with one threaded alloy end, and the other end terminating in a metal post with a twisted wire fed through it. This form of igniter was most commonly used with the SchuMi 42 anti-personnel mine.
