H044880 STANDARD ISSUE SKI/BOOT SNOW OVERSHOES.  

A pair of white, woven canvas with four straps with corresponding single roller buckles to tightening to the leg and foot. The soles are two pieces of wood with one section for the toe and the other to the back of the foot. A section of metal is riveted to the toe and a horseshoe to each heel. The boots measure approximately 28cm in overall height and 25cm tall from the top of the heel. The foot measures approximately 38cm or 15" long. Nicely size marked and Dated for 1942. Well worn and used example.
