Roughly 3 1/8" x 6 3/8" x 4 5/8", field-grey painted, magnetic sheet metal construction oil can. Can features a screw off cap with small pour spout to one corner of the top lid. Screw off cap is secured to the can by a small chain to prevent lose. Top lid also has a raised, brazed on, carrying handle with embossed script, "Oel". Reverse of can has a brazed vertical seam. Can retains all of its original field-grey paint and is in overall excellent condition. Can was a component of the Universalkasten 34, (Universal Case 34), kit designed for maintenance and repair of the MG 34/42.
